An instinctive, one-of-a-kind residence with all the
advantages of recent construction and the cachet of an
old-fashioned property.
The period materials used come from a residence dating from
1825 and a section dating from 1908, all assembled piece by
piece. The original property was moved from La Présentation
to the new Domaine de La Héronnière site in Eastman.
It was built with respect for the environment and ecology,
using almost exclusively recycled materials. Period square
nails were also reused.
