RECENT RENOVATIONS 2018 - 2022

- The entire house was recently renovated.

- Many upgrades were made to the kitchen, including

refurbishing the cabinetry, installing granite countertops,

a new backsplash, new stainless steel appliances and new

flooring.

- The Sellers modernized the interior by putting gyprock

over the wood-panelled walls for a more contemporary feel.

- The wood floors were sanded and restained on the main

floor.

- The main floor bathroom was completely gutted,

reconfigured and modernized.

- New integrated lighting and fixtures.

- New custom walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.

- The entranceway on the lower level was redone.
