** Val des Arbres: Located on a quiet residential street in

a sought-after area of Val des Arbres. Traffic is local as

the street is dead end and the area is family-friendly,

near a park and within walking distance of several

elementary schools.

The multiple services of the boulevard de la Concorde are a

few steps: pharmacy, grocery store, library, restaurants,

Duvernay Centre, public transport, ...

The proximity of major roads facilitate transport in all

directions.

On the ground floor: The living space is open: at the

front, a spacious living room full of light with a charming

wood fireplace. At the back the kitchen is functional with

its island and has been carefully renovated recently. It

leads to the back terrace and is open to the dining room.

The master bedroom with its barn wood wall is spacious and

includes a wall storage unit in addition to a wardrobe. The
